The Vinciguerra Glacier is located about 7 km from the city of Ushuaia in the Andorra Valley. An average hike of 5 hours is required to get there. Trekking boots and waterproof warm clothing are necessary year-round. The glacier is a Ramsar site, meaning it is a wetland ecosystem of international importance. Nearby, you can see the Témpanos Lake, the Enchanted Lake, and the Panoramic Stones Viewpoint. No fires are allowed in any of these places.
