The property is private with wide parking space, a restaurant, and the Acatushún Museum of Southern Birds and Marine Mammals. It is located 82 km from Ushuaia. It can be accessed by car via National Route No. 3, and then Route J, Km 43. It is a 1.4-hour drive. It is important to note that the road can be challenging in winter. The ranch has a small dock on the Beagle Channel, so it can also be reached by sea.
