Ushuaia is the capital of Tierra del Fuego, Antártida e Islas del Atlántico Sur Province. It is an eclectic city in constant development. In its historic centre, most tourist services, hotels, restaurants, banks, post offices, and government offices are located. On the outskirts, there is the industrial area and residential neighbourhoods with varying degrees of urbanisation. To the south, towards the National Park, the landscape becomes more natural, and to the north, or the “exit of Ushuaia,” there are factories, access to Playa Larga, the Olivia River, and winter resort.
